1. Stick to Schedule
Make a Proper Time Schedule for Waking up Sleeping. Suppose that you wake up at 08:00 Am in Morning and Sleep 11:00 Pm at Night this is not a way to get good health for this you can't complete your Time of Sleeping and you will become ill. The proper time is maintain equal time suppose that you wake up 08:00Am and Sleep at 08:00Pm this is the proper way to stick with schedule and good for your Health.
2. Sleep only at night
The Good way to Sleep Good night is to sleep only at night. Sleeping at night is very restful and tasteful.
3. Exercise
Exercise is very good Sign to make you healthy. The Good time For exercise is Early morning do exercise at early in the morning .
